Ravni brusilnik HAZET 9032M-36

The HAZET 9032M-36 straight die grinder is an air-powered tool designed for precision grinding and finishing in confined spaces. It houses a 224 W pneumatic motor that delivers a no-load speed of up to 30,000 RPM, enabling fine material removal and accurate surface preparation. The tool has a compact profile (22.2 mm width, 150 mm depth) and weighs 0.38 kg, which supports controlled handling during detailed work. Measured sound emissions include a sound power level of 85.8 dB and a sound pressure level of 78.7 dB.

Advantages

The compact and lightweight construction improves maneuverability and reduces user fatigue during extended use. High maximum idle speed provides effective material removal and smooth finishing on metal, composites and other workpiece materials. Air-powered operation eliminates the need for an onboard electric motor, making the tool suitable for workshop environments with compressed air infrastructure. Documented acoustic values allow planners to assess workplace noise exposure.

Suitable for

• Precision grinding in tight or hard-to-reach areas
• Deburring and edge blending on metal components
• Surface finishing before welding or painting
• Light material removal on composite and non-ferrous parts

How to use

Connect the HAZET 9032M-36 to a clean, regulated compressed air supply using the appropriate hose and coupling. Before operation, verify the tool speed and ensure the selected grinding accessory is correctly mounted and secured. Maintain a firm but light grip and apply steady, even pressure; let the grinders speed perform the cutting or finishing rather than forcing the tool. After use, disconnect the air supply and inspect the attachment for wear or damage, replacing accessories as required.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Maintain recommended air pressure and lubrication for pneumatic tools according to workshop standards. Keep the working area well-ventilated and clean. Regularly check and replace worn grinding accessories to maintain performance and safety.
