Renkforce RF-7106494 Cat 8.1 S/FTP patch kabel, 3 m, bel

Most patch cables top out at Cat 6a, but the Renkforce RF-7106494 pushes into Cat 8.1 territory with a 2000 MHz bandwidth and 40 Gbit/s throughput. That makes it a future-ready link for high-density data centres, 25G/40G Ethernet uplinks, and demanding AV-over-IP setups. The S/FTP shielding combines a braided screen with foil-wrapped pairs to keep alien crosstalk and EMI at bay, while the stranded copper conductors stay flexible enough for tight rack routing.

Highlights

• Cat 8.1 performance: up to 40 Gbit/s and 2000 MHz
• S/FTP shielding: braided screen plus per-pair foil for maximum noise immunity
• Stranded conductors for easy bending and installation in racks
• Backward compatible with Cat 6a, Cat 6, Cat 5e, and Cat 5 networks
• Supports PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ for power-hungry devices

In daily use

At 3 metres, this white cable bridges the gap between patch panels, switches, servers, and workstations without excess slack. The RJ45 connectors are moulded with strain relief, so repeated plugging and unplugging won't loosen the terminations. Because it meets ISO/IEC 11801 Class I/II and TIA/EIA-568-C.2, you can deploy it in structured cabling systems with confidence. The halogen-free LSZH jacket also makes it suitable for public buildings and confined spaces where fire safety is a concern.
