Rezilna plošča Cimco 208702

The Cimco 208702 cutting disc is a single-disc solution for handheld angle grinders, designed to cut masonry materials with a flat-centre design that improves stability during operation. It is suitable for cutting brick, light concrete, sandstone and tile, providing a balance between cutting speed and edge control. Supplied as one disc per pack, it is intended for tasks where a reliable, general-purpose masonry cutting wheel is required.

Advantages

The flat-centre construction reduces wobble and helps maintain a consistent cutting line on hard, uneven surfaces. The abrasive composition is formulated for durability on masonry, extending service life compared with non-specialized discs. Its compatibility with common angle grinders and standard arbor sizes makes it convenient for professional tradespeople and home users who need straightforward replacement discs. The single-disc packaging allows for quick replacement on site without excess bulk.

How to use

Fit the cutting disc to a compatible angle grinder following the grinder manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the disc is mounted with the flat centre properly seated and the correct direction of rotation. Secure the disc with the appropriate flange or nut and check that the disc is free of cracks or damage before use. When cutting, mark the material, position the grinder so the disc meets the workpiece at the desired line, and apply steady, controlled pressure. Allow the disc to cut at its own pace without forcing it, and make intermittent passes for deeper cuts to avoid overheating. After use, let the disc come to a complete stop before setting the grinder down.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety glasses or a face shield, hearing protection, dust mask or respirator suitable for masonry dust, and cut-resistant gloves. Ensure workpieces are properly supported and secured, and follow the angle grinder manufacturer’s speed limits and safety guidelines for masonry discs. Replace the disc if it shows signs of excessive wear, cracking, or uneven performance.
