Rezilo FEIN 63502114210

Diamond-coated saw blade designed for precision cutting of marble, epoxy resin and trass joints. The FEIN 63502114210 cutter attachment offers a 75 mm diameter and a durable diamond coating for long service life, making it suitable for frequent use and demanding jobs where clean, accurate cuts are required. The segmented design helps avoid overcutting when working in corners and on edges; cutting width is approximately 2.2 mm.

Advantages

Diamond coating provides extended durability and consistent cutting performance on hard materials such as marble and very hard epoxy or cement joints. The segmented rim enables accurate corner and edge work without excessive material removal. Compact 75 mm diameter and narrow cutting width allow detailed, controlled cuts in confined areas.

Suitable for

• Cutting marble and natural stone tiles
• Removing or cutting epoxy resin joints
• Working with trass or cement-based joints
• Precision edge and corner cutting in renovation and tiling tasks

How to use

Attach the cutter to a compatible FEIN multifunction tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Secure the workpiece and, using steady, controlled movements, guide the blade along the joint or cutting line. Apply light to moderate pressure and allow the diamond coating to cut the material without forcing; this preserves blade life and ensures cleaner cuts. Maintain appropriate rotation speed recommended for the multifunction tool and the blade type.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment including eye and respiratory protection when cutting stone or epoxy. Ensure the work area is well supported and use water cooling only if the tool and blade specifications permit; otherwise work dry while avoiding overheating. Replace the blade when cutting performance noticeably decreases.
