Rezilo FEIN 63502221210

The FEIN 63502221210 Cutter is a 50 mm bimetal multifunction tool attachment designed for cutting plasterboard, plastic and wood. It features a set of hardened wood teeth and a wide blade shape to deliver long, straight cuts with high cutting quality and speed while maintaining durable tool life. The bimetal construction offers resistance to wear and allows cutting in demanding conditions; the blade remains functional even after contact with nails up to approximately 4 mm in diameter.

Advantages

The bimetal construction provides extended tool life and reliable performance across different materials. Hardened wood teeth ensure clean cuts in wood, plasterboard and plastics, while the wide blade shape maximises cutting performance for long, straight cuts. The blade is extremely robust and tolerates contact with small nails (up to ~4 mm) without immediate failure, reducing downtime and blade changes.

Suitable for

• Cutting plasterboard (drywall)
• Cutting plastic materials and profiles
• Making straight cuts in wood and wood-based panels
• Renovation work where occasional contact with nails may occur

How to use

Fit the FEIN 63502221210 cutter to a compatible Fein or universal oscillating multifunction tool according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Secure the attachment, set the tool to an appropriate oscillation speed for the material, and guide the wide blade along the intended cut line with steady pressure. For long, straight cuts maintain a consistent feed and support the workpiece to avoid vibration. Replace the cutter when cutting performance or cut quality noticeably deteriorates.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and ear protection, dust mask) and clamp or support workpieces securely. For best results on hard or nail-containing materials, reduce feed speed and let the bimetal teeth cut without excessive force. Check compatibility with your multifunction tool before use.
