Rezilo strgala KS Tools 911.8127 teža 40g

The KS Tools 911.8127 scraper blade is a compact, single-purpose tool designed for efficient scraping and removal tasks. Weighing approximately 40 g, the blade offers a balance of rigidity and manageable weight that supports controlled handling during precision work. It is intended for use where careful material removal, paint or adhesive residue scraping, and surface preparation are required.

Advantages

The scraper blade combines durability with precision cutting geometry to maintain an effective edge while resisting deformation during normal use. Its lightweight construction reduces hand fatigue during repetitive actions and allows more precise control when working on delicate surfaces. The blade is compatible with common scraper handles and accessories, enabling easy replacement and continued tool use.

Suitable for

• Removing paint, varnish, or adhesive residues from flat surfaces
• Cleaning gasket seating areas and excess sealant
• Surface preparation before painting or bonding
• Precision scraping on metal, glass, ceramic, or painted wood

Key specifications

• Approximate weight: 40 g
• Material: hardened tool steel (typical for scraper blades)
• Edge type: precision-ground scraping edge
• Compatibility: suitable for standard scrapers and handles designed for replaceable blades
• Finish: corrosion-resistant surface treatment to extend service life

How to use

Secure the scraper blade in a compatible handle according to the handle manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the blade is locked firmly before use. Hold the handle at a low angle to the work surface and apply steady, even pressure while moving the blade across the area to remove paint, adhesive, or other residues. For delicate surfaces, test on a small inconspicuous area first and use lighter pressure or a finer angle to avoid gouging. Replace the blade when the edge becomes dull or chipped to maintain effective and safe operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as cut-resistant gloves and eye protection when working with scraper blades. Keep the blade clean and dry after use and store it safely to avoid accidental cuts. For best results, pair this blade with a handle designed for secure blade clamping and use fresh blades for precision work.
