Skrčljiva cev DeLOCK 19602

The DeLOCK 19602 heat shrink tube is made of durable polyolefin and provides reliable insulation and protection for wires, cables and grips. In black finish, the sleeve shrinks when heated to form a tight, protective layer that resists mechanical damage and weathering. The tubing is suitable for electrical and non-electrical applications where a non-slip, protective cover is required.

Advantages

The polyolefin material offers good electrical insulation and resistance to wear. With a 2:1 shrink ratio the tube reduces to approximately half its original diameter when heated, creating a secure fit. The black colour provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance and the product is compatible with common heat sources such as a hot air gun.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical connections and solder joints
• Providing a non-slip grip on tools, fitness equipment, tennis rackets and fishing rods
• Cable bundling and strain relief for wiring harnesses

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 19602
• EAN: 4043619196029
• Material: Polyolefin
• Colour: Black
• Shrink ratio: 2:1 (shrinks to approximately half the original diameter when heated)

How to use

Slide the heat shrink tube over the component or cable to be covered before making the connection if applicable. Apply heat evenly using a hot air gun or other suitable heat source, keeping the nozzle moving to avoid local overheating. The tubing will contract and conform to the underlying shape; continue heating until it has fully closed around the part and the fit is snug.

Recommendations

Use a temperature-controlled hot air gun and keep an adequate distance to avoid burning the tubing or underlying insulation. For electrical applications ensure connections are secure before shrinking and allow the assembly to cool before handling.
