Skrčljiva cev DeLOCK 19993

The DeLOCK 19993 heat shrink tube is a polyolefin sleeve designed to insulate and protect wires, cables and electrical conduits. When heated, the tube contracts and the inner adhesive bonds to the cable surface, providing a sealed fit that protects against moisture, chemical exposure and mechanical abrasion. The product is supplied in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean, allows easy unrolling and enables individual cutting to the required length.

Advantages

The polyolefin material offers reliable electrical insulation and resistance to moisture and many chemicals. The built-in inner adhesive ensures a secure, sealed connection after shrinking. The black colour provides a neutral finish suitable for visible and hidden installations. The dispenser box simplifies transport, storage and handling, keeping the tubing free of dust and allowing one-handed dispensing and cutting.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical wires and cable joints
• Strain relief and abrasion protection on connectors and cable ends
• Workshop repairs and industrial cable maintenance
• DIY electrical and electronics projects

How to use

Slide a suitable length of heat shrink tube over the cable or joint before making connections. Position the tubing so it fully covers the area to be insulated. Apply heat evenly with a heat gun or appropriate heat source, moving the heat source along the tube until it uniformly shrinks and the inner adhesive flows and bonds to the cable. Allow the tubing to cool so the adhesive sets and the sleeve conforms tightly to the cable surface.

Recommendations

Choose the correct diameter and wall thickness of heat shrink tube for the cable or connector to ensure proper coverage and adhesion. Apply heat gradually and evenly to avoid overheating; use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow safety instructions for heat tools.
