How to use

Position the boom microphone near your mouth for optimal voice pickup and adjust the headband and earcups until comfortable. Use the inline controls to answer or end calls, mute the microphone, and adjust volume as needed. For web conferencing, select the headset as the input and output audio device in your meeting or softphone settings.

Recommendations

For best voice clarity, keep the microphone boom approximately 1–2 cm from the corner of your mouth and avoid speaking directly into the microphone. Regularly check and select the headset as the audio device in your communication apps. If you experience background noise, enable noise-reduction features in your softphone or conferencing application in addition to the headset’s microphone capabilities.
