Adjust the head-band so the earcups sit comfortably over the ears and position the microphone (if applicable) near the mouth for optimal speech clarity. Use standard audio settings on your device to select the headset as the input and output device; perform a quick test call or recording to confirm volume and microphone levels before beginning work.

Recommendations

For consistent audio quality, keep the cable free from tight bends and avoid placing heavy objects on the cord. Clean the earcups with a soft, dry cloth and store the headset on a stand or in a dry place when not in use. If using in an open-plan office, combine the headset with software noise-suppression settings to improve call intelligibility.
