Spiralni sveder Cimco 200427

The Cimco 200427 twist drill bit is a single-piece right-hand rotation drill designed for precision drilling in general-purpose workshop tasks. Manufactured from quality materials, this twist drill bit provides consistent cutting performance and stable hole geometry for a variety of common materials. Its straightforward design suits both handheld drills and drill press applications where accurate, repeatable holes are required.

Advantages

This twist drill bit offers reliable cutting action and a robust body that resists wear during routine use. The right-hand helix geometry facilitates efficient chip evacuation and reduces clogging, while the precision-ground tip supports accurate centring and clean hole starts. As a single-piece tool, it minimises wobble and mounting complications, ensuring consistent results across multiple drilling operations.

How to use

Secure the drill bit in a compatible chuck, ensuring it is held straight and firmly. Select an appropriate rotational speed and feed rate for the material being drilled; lower speeds for harder metals and higher speeds for softer materials. Use cutting fluid when drilling metals to reduce heat and extend tool life. Begin drilling with light pressure to establish the centre, then increase feed steadily while maintaining alignment. Withdraw periodically to clear chips if drilling deep holes.

Recommendations

Inspect the drill bit for wear or damage before each use. Match drill speed and cutting fluid to the material to maintain performance and prolong service life. Replace the bit once significant dulling or chipping is observed to avoid poor hole quality and increased load on the drill motor.
