Sponka za kabel Knipex 98 64 02 rdeča

The Knipex 98 64 02 cable clamp is a red, fibreglass-reinforced plastic clamp designed to hold insulating mats and secure cables in place. It is fully insulating to reduce the risk of short circuits and includes an integrated spring for reliable clamping. With a depth of 150 mm and a weight of 61 g, it accepts cable diameters up to 1.5 cm and is intended for organized cable management in workshop, service, and industrial environments.

Advantages

The clamp is made of solid, fibreglass-reinforced plastic for durability while remaining fully insulating to lower electrical short-circuit risk. An integrated spring provides dependable retention, and the compact 150 mm depth and 61 g weight make it easy to install without adding significant bulk. The red color improves visibility for identification and safety.

Suitable for

• Holding insulating mats in place
• Securing single cables up to 1.5 cm diameter
• Neat cable routing in workshops and service vehicles
• Electrical and industrial installations where insulation is required

How to use

Position the clamp over the insulating mat or cable at the desired mounting point, then secure it to the mounting surface according to your installation method (screw, rivet or compatible fastener — fastener not included). Compress the integrated spring if needed to open the clamp, place the cable or mat inside, and release the spring so the clamp holds the item firmly. Ensure the clamp is mounted on a clean, stable surface and that the cable diameter does not exceed 1.5 cm.

Recommendations

Use the clamp only within its specified limits: do not exceed the 1.5 cm maximum cable diameter, avoid exposure to chemicals or temperatures outside the material's rated range, and verify that the mounting fastener and surface are suitable for the expected mechanical load. Regularly inspect the clamp for damage or wear, especially in electrically sensitive installations.
