Stenski patch panel ROLINE Cat.5e 8 vrat STP črn

The ROLINE Cat.5e Wall Mount Patch Panel provides eight STP RJ45 ports in a compact metal housing with dust cover. Designed for wall mounting, it measures 44 x 172 x 140 mm with a throat depth of 140 mm and a black finish. The panel organises network cabling and supports shielded twisted-pair connections for Cat.5e installations in constrained spaces.

Advantages

The patch panel uses LSA-plus cable clamps with EIA/TIA 568A colour coding for reliable and standardised terminations. Screen connection and strain relief are implemented via metallic cable clips, and the metal housing with dust cover increases mechanical protection and durability. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for installations where space is limited.

Suitable for

• Small office and home network wall-mounted patching
• Cat.5e shielded (STP) horizontal cabling terminations
• Environments requiring compact wall-mount rackless cable management

Key specifications

• Ports: 8 STP RJ45
• Category: Cat.5e
• Mounting: wall mount
• Housing material: metal with dust cover
• Colour: black
• Dimensions (W x H x D): 44 x 172 x 140 mm
• Throat depth: 140 mm

How to use

Mount the patch panel to a suitable wall surface using appropriate screws and anchors. Terminate incoming shielded Cat.5e cables onto the LSA-plus cable clamps following the EIA/TIA 568A colour code. Connect the cable screen to the metallic clips for proper grounding and apply strain relief using the provided clips. Plug patch cords into the front RJ45 ports to connect devices or patch to switches.

Recommendations

For best performance, use shielded Cat.5e patch cords and ensure the cable screen is properly bonded to the panel’s metallic clips. Keep bend radius and cable management best practices in mind when routing cables to and from the panel.
