Stenski vložek Fischer 77869

The Fischer 77869 wall plug is a sleeve-type screw anchor designed for reliable use in brick and concrete. With a length of 50 mm and an 8 mm drill hole diameter requirement, this anchor provides consistent expansion and load distribution in solid masonry. Supplied in a box of 100 pieces, the pack is intended for bulk use in construction, renovation and fastening applications where a steady, secure anchorage in masonry substrates is needed.

Advantages

The design ensures dependable mechanical expansion in brick and concrete, offering stable retention for threaded fasteners. Its 50 mm length allows sufficient embedment depth for medium-duty fixings while the 8 mm drill diameter gives a standardized installation size for common screw dimensions. The boxed packaging of 100 pieces simplifies storage and on-site handling, reducing the need for frequent replenishment during larger jobs.

Suitable for

• Attaching brackets, rails and fixtures to brick walls
• Fixing conduit clips and electrical boxes to concrete
• Mounting shelves, cabinets and medium-weight fixtures
• General renovation and construction fastening tasks in masonry

Key specifications

• Anchor type: sleeve/screw anchor for masonry
• Length: 50 mm
• Required drill hole diameter: 8 mm
• Minimum drill hole depth: 60 mm
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces per box
• Suitable base materials: brick, concrete (solid masonry)

How to use

Drill a clean 8 mm diameter hole to at least 60 mm depth in the masonry substrate. Remove dust from the hole using a brush or blower to ensure good contact between the anchor and the base material. Insert the wall plug flush with the surface, position the fixture, and drive the appropriate screw through the fixture into the anchor until the anchor expands and the fixture is held firmly. Ensure the screw length and thread type are suitable for the chosen anchor length and the weight of the fixture.

Recommendations

Verify the substrate is solid masonry (brick or concrete) prior to installation and select screws that match the anchor diameter and required load capacity. For heavy loads or hollow substrates, use specialized anchors designed for those conditions. Observe local building regulations and safety standards when determining spacing, edge distances and load requirements.
