Sveder Bosch 2 609 255 405, 1 kos

The Bosch 2609255405 drill bit is a 6 mm diameter, 100 mm length cutting tool engineered for precision drilling. Designed to work across a range of common materials, this single drill bit delivers consistent hole quality and is suitable for both professional tradespeople and home DIY users. The bit's geometry and material selection aim to balance durability with cutting efficiency, enabling clean starts and accurate hole diameters during repetitive work.

Advantages

This 6 mm, 100 mm drill bit offers precise concentricity and stable cutting performance for straight drilling. Its length provides deeper reach while maintaining rigidity for controlled guidance. The bit is manufactured to maintain edge retention and reduce the need for frequent replacements, supporting longer runtime between tool changes. Compatibility with standard chucks and holders makes it convenient to integrate into most drill drivers and drilling rigs.

How to use

Select a drill or driver with a compatible chuck and secure the bit firmly to prevent slippage. Mark the drilling point and, where appropriate, use a centre punch for accurate starts. Apply steady, moderate pressure and a speed appropriate for the material being drilled—lower speeds for metals, higher speeds for wood and plastics. Withdraw the bit periodically when drilling deeper holes to clear chips and avoid overheating. After use, inspect the cutting edges and store the bit in a protective case or holder to maintain condition.

Recommendations

For best results, match drilling speed and feed to the material: reduce RPM and use cutting fluid for metal; use higher RPM and continuous feed for wood. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection, and secure workpieces before drilling. Replace the bit when edge wear degrades hole quality.
