Tekalno kolo Roadinger RD-100 100 mm, modro

The Roadinger RD-100 caster wheel is a 100 mm diameter replacement wheel in blue, intended for use on furniture, equipment carts, and stands. Designed for indoor surfaces, this medium-sized caster aims to restore or improve mobility while keeping installation and maintenance straightforward. The wheel is suitable for applications where smooth rolling and reliable directional control are needed without changing the overall height or footprint of the item.

Advantages

The Roadinger RD-100 offers consistent rolling performance on sealed indoor floors and reduced vibration transmission compared with harder wheel compounds. Its 100 mm diameter balances load distribution and maneuverability, allowing easier movement of medium-weight items. The blue finish provides a clear visual identification for maintenance or replacement purposes, while the standardized mounting design simplifies installation and future swaps.

How to use

Remove the old caster by loosening any mounting fasteners and extracting the wheel assembly from its housing or plate. Align the Roadinger RD-100 with the mounting point, insert the wheel assembly, and secure it using the original or equivalent fasteners tightened to the manufacturer-recommended torque. Verify free rotation and ensure the wheel clears nearby structures. Test movement under expected load to confirm smooth rolling and stable tracking.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the RD-100 on clean, smooth indoor floors and avoid prolonged exposure to sharp debris or chemicals that could degrade the wheel material. Regularly inspect mounting fasteners and wheel bearings for wear; replace the caster if excessive play or noise develops. When replacing multiple wheels, match diameter and mounting type to maintain even height and balance.
