How to use

Place the Scheppach HBS261 on a stable, level surface and secure any workpieces before starting. Select an appropriate blade and fit it according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then adjust blade tension and tracking. Set the speed to match the material being cut and make trial cuts on scrap material to confirm settings. Feed the workpiece steadily and avoid forcing it into the blade; use push-sticks or other safety aids for small pieces. After use, disconnect power, clean sawdust from the machine, and store blades dry.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, gloves) and follow local safety regulations. Regularly check blade condition and machine adjustments, and replace blades when worn to maintain cutting quality and safe operation.
