• Maximum load

It is important to know the maximum permissible load for each part of your equipment. You will find it in the attached pictures. If you subtract your body weight from the maximum load, you will know how much weight you can carry. You include your body weight only if there are parts on which you can sit or lie. Example: if you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 150 kg on the UB40 until you reach the maximum load of 250 kg.
