Upravljano L2 Gigabit Ethernet stikalo D-Link DBS-2000-52

The D-Link DBS-2000-52 is a managed L2 Gigabit Ethernet switch with 48 Gigabit RJ-45 ports, designed for rack-mounted deployments in small-to-medium business networks. As part of the Nuclias Cloud solution, this switch supports cloud-based management through the Nuclias Cloud Web Portal while retaining local operation if the cloud connection is lost. It delivers a switching capacity of 104 Gbit/s and follows IEEE 802.3ad standards for link aggregation.

Advantages

The DBS-2000-52 provides centralized cloud management with a 99.9% SLA for Nuclias Cloud connectivity and continues to function locally during cloud outages. It includes diagnostic tools such as Cable Diagnostics and per-port traffic packet counters to simplify troubleshooting. Layer-2 feature support includes VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol and static 802.3ad link aggregation, alongside security functions like IGMP snooping, static MAC control and end-to-end encryption for wireless authentication (WPA/WPA2/WPA3) when integrated with the Nuclias ecosystem.

Suitable for

• Small and medium business network cores and distribution layers
• Rack-mounted wiring closets and server rooms
• Environments requiring central cloud management with local failover
• Networks needing Layer-2 features and link aggregation for higher throughput

How to use

Mount the DBS-2000-52 in a standard 19" rack and connect power and the appropriate uplink to your network core or router. Use the Nuclias Cloud Web Portal from a compatible PC or tablet to register and manage the switch remotely. Configure VLANs, STP and static link aggregation as required for your network design. For troubleshooting, run the built-in Cable Diagnostics and monitor per-port packet counters to isolate faulty links or misconfigurations.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place the switch in a ventilated rack space, ensure firmware is kept up to date via the Nuclias Cloud portal, and document VLAN and link aggregation settings before mass deployment. Use shielded or high-quality Ethernet cables for critical uplinks and enable STP where redundant links exist.
