USB hub DeLOCK 64153 Type-A 5000 Mbit/s črn

The DeLOCK 64153 USB Hub is a compact Type-A hub that expands a single USB port into four high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) Type-A ports. Designed for connecting multiple peripherals simultaneously, the hub supports data transfer rates up to 5000 Mbit/s. The unit comes in black with an integrated 1.5 m cable and is powered directly via the host USB port, making it suitable for desktop and mobile setups where additional Type-A ports are required.

Advantages

The hub provides four USB Type-A ports with full USB 3.2 Gen 1 bandwidth for high-speed file transfers and peripheral connectivity. Its compact black enclosure and 1.5 m cable enable flexible placement and easy cable routing. Being bus-powered, the device is plug-and-play with no additional power adapter required for typical low-power peripherals, and it maintains backward compatibility with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting external hard drives, SSDs and flash drives for data transfer
• Attaching keyboards, mice and other input devices
• Expanding ports on laptops or mini PCs with limited Type-A connectors
• Using multiple USB accessories at a workstation or home office

How to use

Plug the hub's Type-A connector into an available USB Type-A port on your computer. After connection, the operating system should detect the hub automatically and enumerate the connected ports. For best performance when transferring large files, connect storage devices to the hub while the host is idle of other heavy transfers to ensure maximum available bandwidth.

Recommendations

Use the DeLOCK 64153 with USB 3.2 Gen 1 compatible devices and cables to achieve up to 5000 Mbit/s transfer rates. Avoid connecting multiple high-power devices simultaneously if the host port cannot supply sufficient current; use self-powered hubs or direct host connections for high-current peripherals such as some external hard drives or charging devices.
