Vbodno sidro Fischer EA II 20 kosov

The fischer Hammerset anchor EA II is an internal threaded anchor made of zinc-plated steel, designed for use in concrete and masonry. The anchor is set flush to the base surface by hammering. When installed with the manual setting tool EHS Plus or the power setting tool EMS, the sleeve expands as the internal rod is driven in, pressing firmly against the drill hole wall. No torque must be applied to the screw or threaded rod during setting to ensure correct expansion. The EA II anchor is suitable for fixing sprinkler systems, gratings and consoles in interior applications where approval is required.

Advantages

The zinc-plated steel construction provides corrosion resistance suitable for indoor use. The internal thread design allows the anchor to be set flush with the substrate surface. Expansion is achieved reliably by driving the internal rod with standard setting tools (EHS Plus or EMS), delivering a secure hold in concrete and masonry. A pack contains 20 anchors, offering material consistency for multiple fastenings.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Fixing sprinkler systems
• Securing gratings and covers
• Mounting consoles and small support structures indoors
• General anchoring in concrete and masonry

How to use

Drill a hole of the correct diameter and depth for the EA II anchor in the concrete or masonry substrate. Insert the anchor sleeve flush with the surface, then place the internal threaded rod and set the anchor by driving the rod in with the EHS Plus hand setting tool or the EMS machine setting tool until the sleeve expands against the drill hole wall. Do not apply torque to the screw or threaded rod while setting. After expansion, assemble the fixture and tighten the screw or threaded rod to the required torque for the specific application.

Recommendations

Use the specified setting tools (EHS Plus or EMS) and follow drill diameter and embedment depth instructions from Fischer to ensure rated performance. Inspect substrates for cracks or damage before installation and use anchors only in suitable base materials. For load values, fire or seismic approvals, consult Fischer technical documentation.
