Phanteks PH-F120T30_BG ventilator

The Phanteks T30-120 fan is the result of multi-year development and testing in collaboration with SUNON. Phanteks applied its chassis and cooler design experience to deliver a 120 mm PC cooling fan with a 30 mm thick frame, aerodynamic blade geometry, and industrial-grade components for balanced cooling performance, low noise operation, and refined sound characteristics.

Advantages

The 30 mm thick frame increases airflow and static pressure compared with standard 25 mm fans, while the optimized aerodynamic blades reduce turbulence and improve efficiency. Industrial-grade materials and engineering yield consistent performance and durable operation, and the overall design focuses on achieving low noise levels and improved acoustic quality.

Suitable for

• Case cooling for mid-tower and full-tower PCs
• Radiator cooling in air and water cooling loops
• Situations requiring higher static pressure and airflow at low noise

Key specifications

• Size: 120 mm fan with 30 mm frame thickness
• Blade type: aerodynamic, optimized for reduced turbulence
• Build: industrial-grade components designed for durability and consistent performance

How to use

Install the Phanteks T30-120 fan in a standard 120 mm mounting location using the appropriate screws or vibration-dampening mounts. Orient the fan to direct airflow toward radiators, heatsinks, or exhaust vents as required by your cooling configuration. Connect to the motherboard or fan controller using the supplied cable and configure fan curves or profiles to balance cooling and noise according to system needs.

Recommendations

For radiator installation, place the fan to push air through the radiator fins for optimal heat dissipation. Use PWM fan control to maintain low noise at idle and increase speed under load to take advantage of the T30-120’s higher static pressure. Regularly clean dust from blades and filters to preserve performance.
