Vijačno sidro Fischer 90681

The Fischer fixing set for diamond drills FDBB (Screw Anchor Fischer 90681) is intended for temporary fastening of diamond and core drilling devices and diamond saws. The set includes a reusable spindle bolt with nut and washer and an expansion element that remains in the drill hole after dismantling. The detachable screw connection between the expansion element and the spindle allows the spindle bolt to be removed and reused by reattaching a new expansion element.

Advantages

The reusable spindle bolt reduces material waste and lowers replacement costs. The detachable connection simplifies dismantling without removing the expansion element from the drill hole, which speeds up maintenance and reuse. The set is compatible with standard diamond drilling equipment and provides a stable temporary fastening for core drilling and sawing operations.

Suitable for

• Temporary fixing of diamond core drilling rigs
• Mounting of diamond saws for cutting operations
• Situations where the spindle bolt needs to be reused

Key specifications

• Brand: FISCHER
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): 90681
• EAN: 4006209906811
• Contents: reusable spindle bolt, nut, washer, expansion element (expansion element remains in hole on dismantling)
• Application: temporary fastening for diamond and core drilling devices and diamond saws

How to use

Drill the hole required for the expansion element following the diamond drill manufacturer’s recommendations. Insert the expansion element into the drill hole, assemble the spindle bolt with washer and nut, and fasten by screwing the spindle into the expansion element until secure. To dismantle, unscrew the spindle bolt; the expansion element stays in the hole while the spindle bolt with nut and washer can be removed and later reassembled with a replacement expansion element for reuse.

Recommendations

Ensure drill hole dimensions and drill type match the expansion element and follow safety instructions from the diamond drill or saw manufacturer. Check compatibility with the specific diamond drilling device before use and replace any worn expansion elements to maintain secure temporary fixing.
