Vijak Fischer 536854 90 mm

The Fischer 536854 90 mm screw is a heavy-duty fastening solution designed for use in concrete and other solid substrates. Supplied in a box of 50 pieces, this 90 mm fastener is intended for general utility applications where a reliable mechanical connection is required. The screw’s geometry and material selection provide stable load transfer and long service life when installed correctly in suitable base materials.

Advantages

The screw offers consistent length and thread form for uniform performance across multiple fixings. Manufactured to meet construction-grade requirements, it combines corrosion-resistant surface treatment with mechanical strength appropriate for concrete applications. Packaging in a box of 50 pieces facilitates stock management and reduces handling time on job sites.

Suitable for

• Securing fixtures to concrete walls and floors
• General construction and renovation fastening tasks
• Mounting brackets, rails, or small structural elements
• Indoor and sheltered outdoor fastening where concrete is the base material

Key specifications

• Length: 90 mm
• Intended base material: concrete and other solid masonry
• Box quantity: 50 pieces
• Thread type: standard chip-forming thread suitable for mechanical anchoring
• Surface finish: corrosion-resistant coating for enhanced durability

How to use

Drill a hole in the concrete to the correct diameter and depth for a 90 mm screw, ensuring the hole is clean and free of dust before insertion. Select an appropriate drill bit and use a hammer or rotary drill according to the base material. Insert the screw and tighten using a compatible drive bit until the fixture is firmly seated; avoid over-torquing to prevent damage to the substrate or fastener. Follow standard safety and installation practices for concrete fixings.

Recommendations

For best results, match screw diameter to the drilled hole and verify load requirements before installation. Use corrosion-protective measures for prolonged outdoor exposure and consult applicable building standards when using these fasteners in load-bearing applications.
