How to use

Select fasteners from the set according to required diameter, thread pitch and length for your application. Verify compatibility with mating components and apply the correct torque according to material and joint specifications to avoid over-tightening. For assemblies subject to vibration or dynamic load, use appropriate locking methods such as lock washers, thread-locking adhesive, or locknuts. Store remaining fasteners in the original container to maintain organization and prevent loss.

Recommendations

Use screws and bolts from this set with corresponding nuts and threaded holes that conform to ISO dimensional standards. When working with galvanized, painted or plated components, ensure torque settings are adjusted to account for surface treatments. Replace any fasteners that show visible thread damage or corrosion to preserve joint integrity.
