The Durable 2561-06 hanging folder is a plastic A4 folder with a transparent front and a coloured blue back. It is made from durable plastic and is designed to protect and organise punched and unpunched papers. The folder includes an 8 cm filing mechanism for punched sheets and a rear pocket for additional unpunched documents, plus a channel compatible with suspension rail 1531 for hanging filing.

Advantages

The transparent front allows quick visual identification of contents while the coloured back provides contrast for easier retrieval. The 8 cm filing mechanism secures punched papers, and the rear pocket holds loose or unpunched sheets. The built-in suspension channel ensures compatibility with standard suspension rails, making the folder suitable for both files and ring binders. The plastic construction offers durability and protection against spills and wear.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 punched documents in suspension filing systems
• Storing unpunched papers or loose inserts in the rear pocket
• Use in offices, home workspaces, and archives requiring visible identification
