The Pagna 44105-02 hanging folder is designed to store and organise A4 documents in suspension filing systems. Constructed from durable cardboard and finished in a blue colour, the folder measures 245 mm in width, 345 mm in height and 8 mm in depth. Packs contain 10 identical folders, offering a compact and consistent solution for sorting paperwork in office drawers, filing cabinets or portable file boxes.

Advantages

These hanging folders combine lightweight construction with sufficient stiffness to support papers without excessive bending. The cardboard material provides an economical and recyclable option while the blue colour aids visual categorisation. Standard A4-compatible dimensions ensure compatibility with most suspension rails and filing systems. Sold in packs of ten, they allow for batch organisation and easy replacement when folders wear.

Suitable for

• Archiving and quick access to A4 documents in suspension filing cabinets
• Organising project files, invoices, receipts and correspondence
• Temporary storage in portable file boxes or desk drawer systems
• Colour-coding filing systems for departments or subjects

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Material: cardboard
• Colour: blue
• External dimensions: 245 mm (width) × 345 mm (height) × 8 mm (depth)
• Pack contents: 10 hanging folders

How to use

Place the hanging folder onto the suspension rails of a filing drawer or cabinet so the reinforced edges rest on the rails and the folder hangs vertically. Insert A4 papers into the folder, keeping the documents aligned with the folder spine. Use a label on the tab or the top edge to identify the folder contents for quick retrieval. For multiple folders, arrange them by category or date and slide them along the rails to maintain order.

Recommendations

To prolong service life, avoid overfilling beyond the 8 mm depth and distribute weight evenly across the pack. Store folders away from prolonged moisture exposure to maintain stiffness and replace individual folders showing significant wear. Use colour-coding and clear labels to speed up document retrieval and reduce handling time.
