Zaščitno pokrivalo za glavo Uvex 9906006

Uvex pheos visor system combines ergonomic design with versatile functionality to provide advanced head protection. The system uses polycarbonate visors with uvex supravision excellence coating for anti-fog and anti-scratch performance. Visors are available with mechanical levers or automatic magnetic locks and many models are compatible with uvex pheos helmet variants and earmuffs when the correct adapters or mounting types are used. The product meets EN 166 and EN 170 standards and is certified for protection against liquids and molten metal/hot solids; certain visors are additionally certified for protection from electrical arcs.

Advantages

The magnetic locking option enables quick assembly and simple attachment or removal of the visor and earmuffs, while the ergonomic joint system redistributes the weight of attachments evenly around the wearer’s center of gravity for improved comfort during prolonged use. Lenses are interchangeable and the uvex supravision excellence coating provides long-lasting anti-fog and anti-scratch properties. Several visor variants carry GS-ET 29 certification for arc protection (Class 1: 4 kA; Class 2: 7 kA).

How to use

Attach the visor to the compatible uvex pheos helmet using the integrated mechanical levers or magnetic locks according to the model. If combining with uvex pheos alpine, install adapter 9790067 first. For magnetic variants, align the visor and earmuff mounts and allow the magnets to engage for a secure fit. Replace lenses as needed following the manufacturer instructions and check markings to confirm the selected visor’s certifications and suitable applications.

Recommendations

Inspect the visor and attachment points before each use; clean visors with a soft cloth and manufacturer-approved cleaner to preserve the supravision coating. Select SLB1 or SLB2 visors when electrical arc protection is required and ensure compatibility with your specific uvex pheos helmet model and earmuff type.
