Blaupunkt CO4010 ekscentrični brusilnik 18V

The Blaupunkt CO4010 Orbital Sander 18V is a cordless orbital sanding tool designed for surface preparation and finishing. Built for portability and ease of use, this 18V sander balances power and weight to handle light-to-medium sanding tasks on wood, paint, and other common surfaces. It includes a dust collection feature and adjustable speed control to adapt to different materials and achieve consistent results.

Advantages

The cordless 18V design provides freedom of movement without a power cord while maintaining sufficient sanding performance for most DIY and professional tasks. Its lightweight construction reduces operator fatigue during extended use. The integrated dust collection helps keep the work area cleaner and reduces airborne particles. Variable speed settings allow precise control over finish quality and material removal rate.

Suitable for

• Sanding wooden furniture, doors and frames
• Removing old paint or varnish from flat and slightly contoured surfaces
• Preparing surfaces for painting or staining
• Light material leveling and smoothing on MDF, plywood and softwood
• On-site repair and renovation work where portability is needed

Key specifications

• Power source: 18V battery (cordless)
• Sanding motion: orbital for fine finish and reduced swirl marks
• Variable speed control to match material and desired finish
• Dust collection system to contain debris during operation
• Ergonomic, lightweight body for easier handling

How to use

Fit the appropriate grit sandpaper to the orbital pad and secure it according to the manufacturer's fastening method. Select the recommended speed for the material: lower speeds for delicate finishes and higher speeds for rapid material removal. Hold the sander with a firm, even grip and move it steadily across the surface, keeping the tool flat to avoid gouging. Periodically inspect and replace the sandpaper as it wears, and empty the dust collection container to maintain suction efficiency.

Recommendations

For best results, start sanding with a coarser grit and progress to finer grits to achieve a smooth finish. Use appropriate respiratory protection and eye protection when sanding, and work in a well-ventilated area or use additional dust extraction for extended tasks. Match the speed setting to the material and sanding stage to prevent overheating or excessive removal of material.
