Brusni trak KWB 911008 3 kosi

The KWB 911008 sanding belt set includes three aluminium oxide coated, resin-bonded belts mounted on a strong, elastic woven cotton backing with special glueing to reduce chatter and flutter during use. Designed for sanding wood and metal, these belts are compatible with a range of belt sanders and intended for durable, consistent performance in both professional and DIY applications.

Advantages

Aluminium oxide abrasive provides effective material removal and long life. The resin bonding secures the abrasive grains and resists breakdown under heat and pressure. A robust woven cotton body gives elasticity and dimensional stability, while the special adhesive and construction minimize chatter and flutter for a smoother sanding result.

How to use

Fit the correct belt size to your compatible belt sander following the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the belt is installed with the abrasive grain direction appropriate for the tool, tensioned correctly and tracked centrally. Start sanding with steady, even pressure and move the sander along the workpiece to avoid gouging; allow the belt to do the cutting rather than forcing the tool.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection. Select a grit appropriate for the task (coarser grits for faster material removal, finer grits for smoothing) and replace belts when worn to maintain consistent performance.
