The Elba Sheet Protector 100206695 is designed to hold A4 documents (210 x 297 mm) securely while adding a visible yellow tint for quick identification. Manufactured from durable PVC material, each pack includes 10 transparent yellow sleeves that protect paper from spills, dust and everyday wear. These protectors are sized to accommodate standard A4 sheets and maintain document legibility while allowing easy insertion and removal.

Advantages

These sheet protectors offer reliable physical protection for printed pages and loose documents without altering the original paper. The PVC construction provides water resistance and tear resistance while retaining flexibility for frequent handling. The yellow coloration improves visual sorting and makes folders or binders easier to navigate. The sleeves are thin enough to fit into standard folders and binders yet sufficiently robust for repeated use.

How to use

Slide an A4 document into the open edge of the sleeve until it sits flat inside, ensuring the text and margins remain visible through the transparent material. Insert the sleeved document into a ring binder or folder as needed; if using a binder, align the sleeve with the binder holes or place it within a punched backing sheet. To clean, wipe the PVC surface with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then air dry before reuse.

Recommendations

For long-term archival of important documents, pair these protectors with acid-free backing sheets and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to solvents and sharp objects to preserve the sleeve integrity and the legibility of enclosed papers.
