HERMA mapa iz polipropilena (PP) 19508, zelena, A4

The HERMA Folder Polypropylene (PP) 19508 in green is a durable document holder designed to store and protect A4 papers. Constructed from polypropylene (PP), this folder combines a lightweight feel with resistant surface properties that help shield documents from spills, creasing and everyday wear. Its slim profile and secure closure maintain an organized stack of sheets while making the folder easy to transport in bags or on a desk.

Advantages

Made from polypropylene, the folder offers water-resistant and tear-resistant performance compared with standard paper folders. The green colour provides clear visual identification in filing systems and makes it simple to sort documents by subject or priority. The construction is rigid enough to protect contents from bending yet flexible enough to open and close repeatedly without damage. The product is suitable for repeated daily use in office, school or home environments.

How to use

Place A4 sheets inside the folder by opening the cover and aligning papers with the folder edges to ensure they sit flat. Close the folder to secure contents; store upright in a shelf or lay flat in a bag for transport. For best results, avoid overfilling the folder beyond its intended capacity so that the closure remains effective and the panels are not stressed. Regularly wipe the surface with a soft cloth to remove dust and light stains.

Recommendations

Use the folder as part of a colour-coded filing system to improve document retrieval times. Keep heavy or sharp objects separate from the folder to prevent indentations or punctures. If exposed to ink or stubborn marks, use a mild detergent on a damp cloth and test in an inconspicuous area first.
