HERMA običajna mapa za dokumente 19329

The HERMA 19329 is a conventional file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP) designed to store and protect A4 documents. With external dimensions of 240 mm wide and 320 mm high, this multicolour folder combines a slim profile with tear- and moisture-resistant material to keep loose sheets flat and readable. Supplied as a single folder per pack, it is suitable for everyday organisation in home, study and office environments.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers long-term resistance to wear, creasing and light moisture while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The A4-compatible format ensures documents fit without folding, and the multicolour design helps with visual sorting and quick identification. The folder’s slim profile makes it easy to store in shelves or carry in a bag without adding bulk.

How to use

Insert A4 sheets upright into the folder so that the shorter edge aligns with the opening. Arrange documents by topic or date and use the colour of the folder to indicate category when storing multiple folders together. Close the folder and store it flat on a shelf or upright in a file holder. For transport, place the folder in a bag or briefcase to reduce exposure to bending and dust.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage of important documents, keep the folder in a dry, temperature-stable environment and avoid placing heavy objects on top to preserve shape and protection. Use different colours to establish a simple visual filing system for faster retrieval.
