HERMA običajna mapa za dokumente 19582

The HERMA 19582 Conventional file folder is a grey A4 document folder made from durable polypropylene (PP). Sized to hold standard A4 sheets, it measures approximately 240 mm wide and 320 mm high and is designed to protect, store and transport papers for home or office use. The single-folder pack makes it practical for individual organization tasks and straightforward document handling.

Advantages

This polypropylene folder offers moisture resistance and mechanical durability compared with paper-based alternatives, helping to protect documents from spills and everyday wear. Its neutral grey colour provides a discreet, professional appearance suitable for a range of environments. The slim, lightweight design keeps storage space efficient while still providing sufficient rigidity to prevent creasing of stored papers.

How to use

Insert A4 sheets directly into the folder and align them with the folder edges to prevent folding. Use the folder as a temporary carry solution for documents or for everyday desk organisation. Store folders upright on a shelf or in a drawer to maximise space and maintain document flatness. When transporting paperwork, close the folder and place it in a bag or courier envelope to minimise exposure to moisture and bending.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, keep the folder in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to avoid material deformation and colour fading. Avoid overfilling beyond its intended capacity to preserve shape and protective function.
