HERMA običajna mapa za dokumente 19585

The HERMA 19585 is a conventional file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP) in a violet color, sized to accommodate A3 format documents. With outer dimensions of 335 mm width and 440 mm height, the folder protects papers from dust and light handling while keeping sheet edges aligned. It is sold as a single folder per pack and is suited for storing drawings, large-format reports, posters and other oversized documents that require a flat, protective cover.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides water resistance and tear resistance compared with thin paper folders, offering long-term durability for repeated handling. The conventional folder design ensures easy insertion and removal of A3 documents without the need for complex mechanisms. The bright violet color improves visual identification and aids organisation in multi-folder systems, while the slim profile minimises shelf and drawer space usage.

How to use

Place A3 documents flat and slide them gently into the folder opening until the edges are fully covered. For multiple sheets, align corners before insertion to avoid creasing. Close and store the folder on a shelf or in a drawer in a vertical or horizontal position; the polypropylene material resists light moisture and routine handling but should not be subjected to prolonged immersion or heavy compressive loads. Label the spine or exterior edge with a permanent or removable label to facilitate retrieval.

Recommendations

For best preservation, avoid storing the folder in direct sunlight or near heat sources; use archival-safe interleaving paper for valuable prints and keep no more than a moderate stack of sheets inside to prevent warping of the folder.
