HERMA običajna registratorska mapa 19375

The HERMA 19375 is a conventional A4 file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP). With external dimensions of 240 mm width and 320 mm height it accommodates standard A4 documents with room for tabs or small inserts. The folder is supplied in a multicolour finish that allows simple visual organisation of papers for office, school or home use. Each pack contains one folder and the construction emphasizes durability and ease of handling for everyday filing tasks.

Advantages

The polypropylene material provides resistance to moisture and wear while remaining lightweight. The folder’s conventional design makes it compatible with standard filing systems and easy to stack or store on shelves. Its multicolour finish helps with quick visual sorting without relying on labels, and the size leaves sufficient margin to protect document edges.

Key specifications

How to use

Insert A4 sheets directly into the folder, aligning them with the top or side opening depending on the folder’s orientation. Use the multicolour option to assign folders to specific subjects, projects or departments. Store the folder upright on shelves or stacked in filing cabinets to keep papers flat and protected. For long-term archiving, ensure documents are dry and free of staples or bulky items that could deform the folder.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling beyond the folder’s capacity to prevent warping. Use the folder in combination with labelled dividers or adhesive tabs if you require finer categorisation. Clean with a soft, dry cloth; avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners that can damage the polypropylene surface.
