HERMA običajna zbirna mapa 19584

The HERMA 19584 folder is a conventional file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP) in a turquoise finish. Sized at 335 mm wide and 440 mm high, it is designed to accommodate A3 documents and larger-format sheets while providing protection from dust, light wear and minor spills. Each pack contains a single folder which provides a simple, lightweight solution for storing, transporting and presenting documents in office, school or home environments.

Advantages

The material combination ensures flexibility and tear resistance while maintaining a low weight for easy handling. The folder's dimensions match A3 document requirements so papers lie flat and remain uncreased. The turquoise color improves visual identification among other folders and supports color-coded filing systems. The smooth surface is easy to clean and resists ink transfer and smudging.

How to use

Open the folder and place A3 documents flat inside, aligning edges with the folder sides to prevent bending. Close the folder and store it upright on a shelf or in a drawer to minimize pressure on contents. For transport, place the folder inside a bag or briefcase with the opening facing upward to reduce the chance of pages slipping out. Clean the folder surface with a damp cloth when necessary and allow it to dry before storing documents inside.

Recommendations

For extended document preservation, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and store the folder in a cool, dry place. Use the turquoise color for a dedicated filing category to speed up retrieval and maintain consistent organization across projects.
