Microconnect USBAB1B kabel USB 2.0 1 m USB A USB B črn

The MicroConnect USBAB1B is a 1 m USB 2.0 cable with USB A to USB B male connectors, designed to connect external USB devices with USB B sockets (for example printers and scanners) to a USB host such as a computer, notebook, USB hub or wall plug with USB. The cable supports data transmission up to 0.48 Gbit/s and features nickel-plated contacts for reliable connectivity in a black finish.

Advantages

The USB A to USB B configuration provides a standard, widely compatible connection for legacy peripherals. With USB 2.0 compliance the cable supports stable data transfer up to 480 Mbps. Nickel-plated contacts improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion. The 1 m length balances reach and cable management for typical desktop setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers to computers or print servers
• Connecting flatbed or document scanners
• Connection to USB hubs, wall chargers with USB host ports or notebooks

How to use

Plug the USB A connector into the host device (computer, notebook, hub or USB wall plug) and insert the USB B connector into the peripheral device (printer, scanner). Ensure both devices are powered on and the host recognizes the peripheral; install drivers if required by the operating system. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable for USB 2.0 devices and avoid routing it parallel to high-power cables or strong electromagnetic sources. Replace the cable if you notice intermittent connections or visible damage to the insulation or connectors.
