Microconnect USBAB5 kabel USB 2.0 5 m USB A USB B siv

The MicroConnect USBAB5 is a 5 m USB 2.0 cable with USB A (male) and USB B (male) connectors designed for connecting external USB devices such as printers and scanners to a host (computer, notebook, USB hub or USB wall charger). It supports data transmission up to 0.48 Gbit/s and features nickel-plated contacts for improved durability. The white cable provides a neutral appearance suitable for office or home setups.

Advantages

The cable provides a reliable wired connection between USB host devices and peripherals with USB Type B sockets, ensuring stable data transfer at USB 2.0 speeds. Nickel-plated contacts reduce corrosion and support consistent signal integrity. With a 5 m length, the cable allows flexible placement of devices while maintaining a secure physical connection.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers to computers or USB hubs
• Connecting scanners and multifunction devices
• Linking other external USB 2.0 devices with a Type B socket to a host

Recommendations

For best performance, use this USBAB5 cable with USB 2.0-compatible devices. Keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic sources and avoid running it parallel to power cables for long distances. If device placement requires longer runs, consider using a powered USB hub or a cable with a higher specification appropriate to your devices.
