Omrežni kabel Cat6 UTP 15m črn CABLETIME

The Cat6 cable is intended for structured computer networks, IP telephony and transmission of data and video signals. This 15 m black UTP Cat6 cable with RJ45 male connectors supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet and a channel bandwidth of 250 MHz, and is fully backward compatible with Cat5E installations. The cable uses 26 AWG CCA conductors arranged as four unshielded twisted pairs with an internal cross-shaped separator to reduce crosstalk and improve signal integrity. Gold-plated copper contacts and PVC insulation provide reliable connectivity for indoor use.

Advantages

Provides gigabit Ethernet speeds up to 1000 Mb/s and a 250 MHz bandwidth suitable for large file transfers, online gaming and HD video streaming. The internal cross separator and UTP design reduce interference and help maintain stable network performance. Gold-plated contacts enhance corrosion resistance and conductivity, while the polycarbonate RJ45 latch and PVC jacket ensure mechanical durability for frequent insertions and indoor deployment. Wiring follows the ANSI/TIA/EIA-568B standard for easy installation and compatibility.

Key specifications

• Connectors: RJ45 male, 8P8C (8 contacts)
• Data transfer rate: 10/100/1000 Mbps
• Channel bandwidth: 250 MHz
• Internal conductor: CCA (aluminium with copper coating)
• Contacts: copper with gold plating
• Insulation: PVC
• Conductor gauge: 26 AWG
• Wiring standard: TIA/EIA-568B
• Outer diameter: 6.0 mm
• Cable color: black
• Cable length: 15 m

• Warranty: 12 months

How to use

Connect the RJ45 plugs to the corresponding Ethernet ports on computers, routers, switches, IP cameras or other network devices. Ensure the wiring order matches the TIA/EIA-568B standard at both ends for correct link negotiation. Route the cable indoors avoiding sharp bends and strong electromagnetic sources; maintain the minimum bend radius consistent with the 6.0 mm outer diameter. For reliable performance, test the link after installation with appropriate network-testing tools.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for indoor network segments requiring gigabit throughput or stable HD video and IP-camera feeds. For outdoor runs, PoE-heavy installations, or environments with high electromagnetic interference, consider shielded cables or cables rated for outdoor/UV exposure.
