Patch kabel helos E2000 Multi-Mode 50/125 µm – 10 m

Patch Cable helos E2000 Multi-Mode 50/125 µm — 10 m in aquamarine is a single-pair multimode fiber patch cable with E2000 connector on one end and LC connector on the other. The OM3 50/125 µm glass fiber is intended for short-range optical links in LANs, data centers and telecom test setups. The 10 m length and standardized connectors make this cable suitable for connections in patch panels, racks and equipment where low insertion loss and stable multimode transmission are required.

Advantages

The helos OM3 multimode cable provides standardized 50/125 µm fiber geometry and is compatible with multimode transceivers and equipment. The combination of E2000 and LC connectors offers secure mating, low insertion loss and straightforward installation. The aquamarine jacket color follows common color-coding for OM3 fiber, which simplifies identification in cabling installations.

Suitable for

• Short-range data links in LANs and campus networks
• Interconnections in data center racks and patch panels
• Telecom and laboratory test setups with multimode transceivers

Key specifications

How to use

Route the patch cable between the two desired ports, ensuring connectors and ports are free of dust and contamination before mating. Insert the E2000 connector into the corresponding E2000 port and the LC connector into the LC port until secure coupling is achieved. Use appropriate cable management in racks and patch panels to avoid sharp bends and strain on the fiber. Inspect connectors with a fiber scope if precise optical performance verification is required.

Recommendations

Handle the fiber cable by the connector housings, avoid bending below the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius, keep connectors capped when not in use and perform visual or instrumental inspection to maintain low insertion loss and reliable multimode signal transmission.
