Ročni strgalnik Bahco SCRAPER-SET2

The Bahco SCRAPER-SET2 is a hand scraper set designed for general-purpose scraping tasks. The set weighs approximately 400 g and includes durable blades and ergonomically shaped handles that facilitate precise control and reduced hand fatigue during extended use. Constructed to meet the needs of both professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts, the set provides a compact solution for removing paint, adhesives, sealant residues and other surface contaminants from metal, wood and hard plastics.

Advantages

The set combines robust blade materials with comfortable grips to deliver consistent scraping performance and long service life. Ergonomic handles improve grip and leverage, enabling accurate pressure control while minimising strain. The compact weight and balanced design make the tool easy to manoeuvre in confined spaces, and blade durability reduces the frequency of replacements.

Suitable for

• Stripping paint and varnish from flat surfaces
• Removing adhesive residue, putty and sealant
• Cleaning rust or scale from metal parts
• Surface preparation before painting or bonding
• General maintenance and repair work in workshops and on-site

Key specifications

• Approximate total weight: 400 g
• Set includes multiple scraper blades and two ergonomically shaped handles
• Blade material: hardened steel for improved wear resistance
• Handle material: molded, non-slip grips designed for control and comfort
• Compact dimensions suitable for tight spaces and detailed work

How to use

Select an appropriate blade for the material and task, then secure it in the handle according to the handle's blade-mounting mechanism. Hold the handle with a firm but comfortable grip and place the blade at a low angle to the work surface. Apply steady, controlled strokes away from the body, increasing pressure gradually until the unwanted material is removed. Replace or sharpen blades as needed to maintain performance and prevent damage to the substrate.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and work gloves. Test the scraper on a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding on visible surfaces to ensure the chosen blade and technique do not damage the substrate. Store blades safely when not in use and follow local waste guidelines for disposing of worn blades.
