ROLINE Cat.6 S/FTP patch kabel, PoE, siv, 7 m 21.51.0837

Network downtime and slow data transfer often stem from poor-quality cabling that cannot handle modern PoE loads or high-frequency interference. This ROLINE Cat.6 patch cable eliminates those bottlenecks with robust S/FTP shielding and full PoE support, ensuring stable 1 Gbps links over 7 metres in dense, electrically noisy environments.

Who is it for

IT administrators, network installers, and office managers who need reliable, future-ready cabling for Gigabit Ethernet, PoE-powered devices (IP cameras, access points, VoIP phones), and structured cabling systems in commercial or industrial settings.

Main features

• Cat.6 (Class E) performance with 250 MHz bandwidth for Gigabit Ethernet.
• S/FTP shielding: braided screen plus foil-wrapped pairs (PiMF) for superior EMI/RFI rejection.
• Supports PoE, PoE+, and 4PPoE (PoE++) up to 100 W for power-hungry devices.
• Stranded 27/7 AWG copper conductors for flexibility and durability in patching.
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket for safety in fire-sensitive areas.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors with molded snagless boots for long-term reliability.
• Grey colour blends into standard rack and office environments.

Tips

For best PoE performance, avoid bundling this cable tightly with power lines; the S/FTP shielding already minimises interference, but maintaining separation extends cable life. Use in patch panels and wall outlets for a clean, professional setup.
