Ščipalke Wiha Electronic 26825

Diagonal pliers Wiha Electronic 26825 are precision flush-cutting pliers designed for electronics work. Made from C 70 special tool steel with cutting edges hardened to approximately 56 HRC, these pliers provide a clean, flush cut of soft wires. The tool measures 138 mm and features a black and red handle for grip and control, while an integrated opening spring and fixture help collect cut wire ends.

Advantages

The cutting edges made of C 70 tool steel and hardened to about 56 HRC ensure durable, sharp performance for repeated cuts. The full flush cutter design allows an absolutely flush cut of soft wires used in electronics. Lightweight construction (approx. 80 g) and an ergonomic handle provide ease of use and precise control. An opening spring and a built-in fixture for collecting wire ends increase efficiency and safety during work.

How to use

Place the wire to be cut between the cutting edges near the tip of the wide, pointed head. Squeeze the handles firmly and evenly to achieve a flush cut close to the surface. The opening spring returns the pliers to the open position after each cut; use the built-in fixture to retain or collect the cut wire ends. Keep the tool clean and inspect the cutting edges before use.

Recommendations

Use these diagonal pliers for soft electronic wires and component leads only. Avoid cutting hardened steel, nails, or other materials beyond the specified use to prevent damage to the cutting edges. Store the pliers in a dry place and sharpen or service the cutting edges when wear reduces cutting quality.
