Skrčljiva cev DeLOCK 19935

The DeLOCK 19935 heat shrink tube is made from durable polyolefin and provides reliable insulation and mechanical protection for wires, cables and electrical tubes. The transparent sleeve allows visual identification of the underlying components and shrinks tightly around the cable when heat is applied, improving the reliability and lifetime of electrical connections. The product comes in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean, allows orderly storage and enables easy individual cutting.

Advantages

Made from polyolefin for durability and consistent shrink performance, the transparent material permits visual inspection of joints and markings. The tubing forms a secure, close-fitting cover when heat is applied, protecting against moisture, dust and mechanical wear. The included dispenser box facilitates transport, prevents contamination and enables simple unrolling and precise cutting to length.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical wires and cable splices
• Repairing damaged cable sheaths
• Marking and identifying wires while keeping visibility
• Protecting small electrical tubes and harnesses from environmental effects

How to use

Cut the required length from the dispenser box, slide the heat shrink tube over the cable, splice or connector, and apply heat evenly with a heat gun or appropriate heat source until the tubing contracts and tightly conforms to the underlying component. Allow the tubing to cool before handling to ensure a secure fit.

Recommendations

For best results use a controlled heat gun and apply heat uniformly around the tubing. Avoid open flames and excessive localised heat to prevent damage to cables or insulation. Ensure the selected diameter provides sufficient overlap before shrinking.
