Žep za dokumente A4 Herlitz 5824008

The Herlitz 5824008 sheet protector is a pack of 100 clear A4 document pockets made from durable transparent plastic. Each pocket is sized to fit standard A4 sheets and keeps documents visible while protecting them from dirt, moisture and everyday wear. These sheet protectors are designed for use in ring binders and folders, enabling neat storage and easy retrieval of invoices, reports, certificates and presentation materials.

Advantages

These A4 sheet protectors combine clarity and toughness to maintain document legibility while extending the life of printed pages. The transparent material provides a clean, professional look and allows both sides of a sheet to remain readable. Manufactured to consistent dimensions, the pockets slide easily into standard binders and help prevent creasing, smudging and liquid damage. A pack of 100 offers a practical quantity for office filing, school materials or home record keeping.

Suitable for

• Protection of A4 documents in ring binders
• Organising reports, invoices and certificates
• School projects, presentations and handouts
• Archiving frequently handled papers

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Quantity in pack: 100 pockets
• Material: transparent durable plastic
• Designed for use with standard ring binders and folders
• Open edge: top or side opening depending on handling preference

How to use

Insert each A4 sheet into a pocket by sliding the paper into the open side until it rests flat and completely covered by the protector. Place the punched edge of the pocket into the rings of a binder and close the rings to secure. For frequent access, use the top-open orientation; for long-term storage choose the side-open orientation to reduce the risk of sheets slipping out. Wipe clean with a soft cloth if necessary and avoid exposure to high heat sources.

Recommendations

Use these sheet protectors to keep frequently referenced documents tidy and damage-free. For archival purposes, store binders upright in a cool, dry place and avoid overfilling rings to maintain both binder and pocket condition.
