Žepna prosojnica A4 Herlitz 5814108

The Herlitz A4 sheet protector 5814108 is a set of transparent plastic sleeves designed to safeguard and display A4 documents. Each sleeve is made from durable, clear material that allows easy reading and presentation of your pages while protecting them from dirt, moisture and wear. This product is supplied in a pack of 100 pieces, suitable for filing in ring binders or storage folders and for frequent handling in office, school or home environments.

Advantages

These sheet protectors combine a thin, yet tear-resistant plastic with a transparent finish for unobstructed visibility of document content. The sleeves are pre-punched to fit standard ring binders and provide a smooth, slip-in opening for quick insertion and removal of sheets. Their stable edges help keep documents flat and reduce the need for frequent reordering or replacement.

Suitable for

• Protecting and presenting official A4 documents in binders
• Archiving printed reports, certificates and invoices
• Organising school materials, project portfolios and training handouts
• Temporary display of posters, menus or promotional sheets

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (suitable for standard A4 paper)
• Quantity: 100 pieces per pack
• Material: transparent plastic film providing protection against dirt and moisture
• Edge finish: reinforced/pre-punched edge for use in ring binders
• Transparency: clear for easy reading and photocopying without removal

How to use

Insert an A4 sheet into the open side of the protector, ensuring the document lies flat inside the sleeve. Align the pre-punched edge with the rings of a binder and close the binder rings to secure the sleeve. For best results, avoid overfilling each sleeve and remove sharp objects from the document before insertion to prevent punctures. When photocopying or scanning, contents can often be read through the sleeve without removal, depending on device settings.

Recommendations

Store the packs flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping or discoloration. Use sleeves for frequently handled documents to reduce wear on original papers; replace sleeves that show signs of tearing or clouding to maintain document visibility.
