How to use

Place A4 punched sheets onto the ring mechanism and close the rings to secure documents. Open the mechanism by using the lever or tab designed for the binder to add or remove pages as needed. Store the binder upright on a shelf or lay flat to protect the contents from bending. Clean the cardboard cover with a dry or slightly damp cloth if necessary and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to maintain shape and durability.

Recommendations

Use standard A4 punched paper to ensure proper fit and smooth operation of the ring mechanism. For long-term archival, combine the binder with plastic sleeves or file dividers to reduce wear on individual sheets and to keep the multicolour cover looking its best.
