The HERMA 15416 A5 Multicolour ring binder is a compact document folder designed to store and organise A5 sheets. Its dimensions of 285 mm width and 315 mm height provide space for punched A5 papers and inserts while maintaining a small footprint on shelves and in bags.

Advantages

The binder offers a sturdy cardboard cover that protects contents from bending and light damage while keeping overall weight low for easy handling. The multicolour design helps visually distinguish different subjects or projects and supports quick identification. A single-pack format makes this product convenient for personal use or targeted replacement.

Suitable for

• School or student folders for coursework and handouts
• Personal projects, hobby documentation and receipts
• Office filing for compact reports, meeting notes and reference sheets

Key specifications

• Format: A5-compatible document binder
• Material: durable cardboard cover
• Colour: multicolour design
• Dimensions: 285 mm (width) × 315 mm (height)
• Pack contents: 1 binder

How to use

Insert punched A5 sheets onto the ring mechanism and close the binder to secure pages. Arrange documents by topic or date and label the spine or cover for fast retrieval. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a bag; the cardboard cover provides basic protection against creasing and light wear. For thicker collections, redistribute pages across multiple binders to maintain ease of opening and closing.

Recommendations

Keep the binder away from prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight to preserve the cardboard cover and printed colours. Use standard A5 punched paper or remove and re-punch documents before adding thicker materials to avoid stress on the ring mechanism.
