The HERMA 19185 A4 Multicolour ring binder is a single, colourful cardboard binder sized for A4 documents. With exterior dimensions approximately 285 mm wide and 315 mm high, it provides a roomy spine and cover area for storing, organizing and protecting loose sheets, reports and printed materials. The multicolour finish helps visually separate subjects or projects while the ring mechanism secures punched pages for easy flipping and reference.

Advantages

The cardboard construction offers a balance of lightweight handling and sufficient rigidity for everyday office, school or home use. The multicolour design supports quick visual identification of contents without additional labeling, and the standard ring mechanism ensures reliable page retention and simple document access. Sold individually, the binder is convenient to add to existing storage systems or to use as a standalone organizer.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 reports, project files and presentations
• Schoolwork, course materials and lesson plans
• Home records such as manuals, warranties and receipts
• Office filing where colour-coding improves workflow

Key specifications

• Document format compatibility: A4
• Material: cardboard cover with protective coating
• External dimensions: about 285 mm (width) × 315 mm (height)
• Closure: standard circular ring mechanism for punched sheets
• Packaging: sold as a single unit

How to use

Open the ring mechanism to insert or remove punched A4 sheets, distributing pages evenly to avoid strain on the rings. Place dividers or colour-coded separators inside to group sections, and store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer depending on available space. For transport, keep the binder closed and avoid overfilling beyond its ring capacity to maintain smooth opening and closing action.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the cardboard cover, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight; use plastic sleeves for frequently handled sheets. For clearer organization, combine the multicolour binder with labels or spine inserts consistent with your colour-coding system.
